Hello CAT Riders,

Let's ride along the D&L trail starting from **National Canal Museum & Hugh Moore Historical Park to Sand Island and back**. Ride is **20miles.**
The trail runs along the river, making this a really scenic ride and plenty of shade.
Terrain is flat, mostly dirt, with some rocks and tree branches. Be sure your bike is suitable.

**Our ride are slower, typically 10mph, to offer encouragement to all and to connect socially.**

Once we arrive at the park, we can stop and enjoy snacks and packed lunches.
