Join us for a relaxed and meaningful *Weekend Walk & Talk* — a chance to connect with others through thoughtful conversation and movement in nature.

🕘 **Meet at 9:00 AM** at **Betzwood Park**
We'll start with brief introductions and a short overview of the event. You’ll have the chance to pair up and we’ll offer a few optional conversation prompts to guide your discussion. While you’re welcome to walk with someone you know, we encourage mixing things up and getting to know someone new.

🚶‍♀️ **Walk begins** at **9:10 AM**
We will walk on the River Trail (parallel to the Schuylkill River Trail) this is a flat, gravel, out-and-back route. We'll walk in one direction for 30 minutes, then turn around and return to the starting point — for a total of one hour of walking and talking.

🥾 **What to Bring**

* Comfortable walking shoes
* Weather-appropriate clothing
* Water
* A light snack (optional)

🧠 **Conversation Topics**
We’ll provide a few big, open-ended questions to spark reflection and dialogue — nothing too heavy, just meaningful. You’re also welcome to follow your own flow.
