Open meditation session for drop-in practitioners to learn the basic seated meditation technique and develop calm, mindful attention.

Spending time on the cushion after work to get to know our minds is definitely time well spent. Learn the basic technique for seated, calm abiding meditation and learn to sit quietly and observe our minds after the workday.

This is a drop-in practice situation and practitioners are welcome to stay for any amount of time, from 15 minutes to the whole hour!

Open meditation for anyone; hybrid format (in-person/online) offering meditation and guided contemplations, with participants completing a meditation session.

Please join Nalandabodhi Seattle for Sunday Open Meditation. On Sunday mornings we engage in meditation, hearing, and contemplation, as well as in convivial conversation and acts of service!
