The topic of our first meetup is **UNPACKING EMOTIONS**. We will reflect on 4 basic emotions: happiness, sadness, fear and anger.

• What are emotions?
• What is their purpose?
• How aware are we of our feelings?
• Why there is no such things as “bad emotions”?
• How can we channel and befriend emotions to serve us rather than disturb us?

This meetup aims to create authentic, meaningful connections between humans to reduce loneliness and increase belonging. Maybe even find soulful friendships.
No single human has all the answers, so I’m hoping to learn and get inspired by others :)

I'm a **trained humanistic psychotherapist** and one of my goals is to increase awareness of emotional intelligence in our societies.
I'm also passionate about philosophical ideas that - if implied - can change the world. The Greek words "philos" and "sophia" mean "love of wisdom". Exploring these topics with like-minded humans is the best drug for me ;)
