We are hosting our next Montréal Reiki Glow and Community Flow and would love for you to join us. This is a chance to step away from the noise of the city for a couple of hours, ground yourself, and share in some collective energy work. We will begin with a guided group session to help everyone settle in, followed by a period of quiet reflection and practice. Whether you are a practitioner looking to sharpen your skills or someone who is simply curious about Reiki and wants to experience it in a supportive environment, you are welcome here.

The second half of our time together is all about connection. After our flow, we will move into a casual social space where we can chat, share experiences, and get to know the other people in our local community. There is no pressure to be anything other than yourself, and it is a great way to meet others in the area who are interested in wellness and mindfulness.
