This weekly open session is designed to help you learn about dry needling, get your questions answered, and receive personalized care in a relaxed, one-on-one setting.
**What to Expect:**

* Educational talk on how dry needling works (targeting trigger points, reducing muscle tension, speeding recovery)
* One-on-one consultation with Dr. Kassie to discuss your specific pain or mobility issues
* Opportunity for a dry needling treatment during the session (if appropriate and you’re ready)
* Integration tips with our red light therapy and other wellness services for better results

Dry needling is excellent for:
