This will be our "Soft" Grand Opening of our "Satya Living" Sanctuary and our first Sunday Morning Meditation Circle.
Expect an elevating experience as we gather to celebrate our unique qualities while be all part of the Universe and all part of the "one".
We will likely explore our first topic for a short 15-20 min discussion, where we will transition into a guided meditation.
Following our meditation, we will have a social gathering with light refreshments.
Please join us, we so badly need to re-connect as Clevelanders, as neighbors, as a community...as spiritual beings having a physical body experience.

\*\*Although there is a nice soft area rug to sit on and I do have a limited amount of meditation cushions, you may still desire to bring your own mat to lay or sit on if you desire.

Our Soft Grand Opening Sunday Meditation Circle

This is establishing our Weekly Meditation circle at Sunday at 10am.

Each week we meet and hold a stimulating conversation to get our intentions aligned for the week. After a 20 min or so discussion on the topic of the day, we gently fall into a 30 - 45 min guided meditation. During the guided meditation, you are given an opportunity to reflect deeper from within on the topic at hand. After some guidance, you will be set free to quietly meditate to finish out the meditation Circle.

After meditation, light refreshments are provided or contributed by our attendees.
