Our Mission, Vision & Values
Sistahood Circle exists to cultivate an intentional, affirming community where Black women in higher education can thrive both personally and professionally. Through intimately curated experiences such as networking gatherings, skill-building workshops, and restorative spaces, we nurture connection, inspire growth, and celebrate belonging.
We envision a higher education landscape that truly reflects the diversity of our nation, with Black women holding space, leading boldly, and advancing their careers without compromising their health, well-being, or wholeness. Together, we are transforming what it means to belong, succeed, and be seen in academia.
