MINDSET MONDAY – Set the Foundation for Your Week

**Are you ready to have a soulful experience with the sisterhood?**

Our souls crave community, crave that nurturing energy that the feminine brings.

And our spirits long for **soulful opportunities to slow down and process all the experiences, thoughts, emotions etc, that come with being a human being**.

We need that space where we can remove the mask of perfection we seem to think is necessary to wear and simply explore the topics that are important to the growth and care of our spirit! We need that space to simply be, to be encouraged, supported, understood, heard and seen.

**\*\*There’s a quiet truth we often overlook — the way we love ourselves was never just ours to begin with. We learned by watching.**

**As little ones, we absorbed the way our caregivers spoke about themselves, treated their bodies, handled their emotions, and held space (or didn’t) for their own needs. Without knowing it, we were being taught the rules of self-love.**

**In this circle, we’ll gently explore the roots of how we came to love—or struggle to love—ourselves. Through story-sharing, reflection, and presence, we’ll begin to untangle the beliefs we inherited and ask: *Is this really mine?* And *what might self-love look like if I chose it for myself—on my own terms?***

**This is a space to come home to yourself. A space to grieve, celebrate, and reconnect. Because you are worthy of a love that begins within and ripples out.**

**You are not alone in this. Come as you are. Let’s heal together.\*\***

WHO IS THIS CIRCLE FOR:
This circle is for anyone who identifies as a woman and who wants to connect more with like-minded and like-hearted women.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A safe, authentic, supportive environment for women to meet without the masks of perfection we normally tend to wear. Everyone will have the opportunity to share about the topic picked for that month. If the group gets too big, we will be breaking up into smaller groups.

This circle is a safe and confidential space so I ask that whatever is shared here stays here.

Meg is a Life Coach, Women’s Circle Facilitator and the host of The Art If Being H(YOU)man podcast. She is passionate about walking with people who want more out of life than just the status quo!

She believes that life doesn’t have to work out exactly the way we think it “should” in order to be enjoyed and that people don’t have to be perfect in order to be loved.

She believes that we all have the voice of truth inside of us but sometimes it can be hard to hear.

And most importantly that we must live between the tension of accepting the things we cannot change and taking massive action on the things we can!
