**ABOUT:** On Tuesday and Thursday mornings we meet in Griffith Park for practice sessions together in the fresh air. Together, we will learn and integrate a long form Taiji as well as multiple Qigong sets derived primarily from Wu style Taiji, as taught by [Grandmaster Tenshin Hirakawa](http://tenshin-kai.com/about-2/) of [Tenshin-Kai.](http://tenshin-kai.com/) These include traditional Qigong sets as well as a variation on the Ba Duan Jin, called 8 Dimensions. Our practice also includes Tibetan Sound Healing and Standing Meditation.

New students are welcome to enjoy two complimentary sessions. Monthly membership is $50 and includes unlimited practice sessions in the park.

Every Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30 - 9:30am

**WHERE:** To find us, take Crystal Springs Drive to where it intersects with Griffith Park Drive. Turn onto Griffith Park Drive and park in the first parking lot on your left. We meet in the meadow just downhill from the parking lot, close to the Park Services Building at 4800 Griffith Park Drive.

**WEAR:** Anything you feel comfortable in that you can move in! Loose clothing and flat-soled shoes are great choices.
