In a world saturated with noise, speed, and distraction, conscious living is a compelling antidote. It invites us to slow down, reflect, connect, and live intentionally.
I invite you to learn the practice of becoming aware and present in your thoughts, actions, and decisions. Start living with more purpose and clarity, while aligning your choices with your values.
At its core, it's about asking yourself:
-Who am I?
-What am I doing?
-Why am I doing it?
-Is this aligned with the life that I want to live?
This approach spans every aspect of life--how we eat, work, spend money, relate to others, and care for the planet.
If you are interested in beginning the journey to Conscious Living, join us for an evening of fun, connection, and inner work.
Please bring a journal, a pen, an open mind and an open heart. I suggest that you dress in comfortable clothes and in layers.
Out of respect for the group process, I ask that you arrive on time and stay for the entire session.
There will be interactive, experiential exercises, meditation, mindfulness exercises, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. You will be asked to turn off your phones and other technology for the duration of the evening.
