Wear comfy clothes, snuggle up with a warm beverage, and (obviously) bring snacks if needed. The vibe is casual, friendly, and accepting.
Obviously I want to see and hear from you, but you can keep your camera off and just listen if needed!

The goal:

1. Connect with people who "get it"
2. Take action and *gently* hold each other accountable to making progress

The format:

1. Learn HOW to recover (5 minutes): Each week is something different; I share tips and tricks so you can learn how to move to recovery.
2. Group check-in: share your victories and struggles, reflect on this week's topic, or anything else related to recovery. This is YOUR time to connect :)
