​30 minutes - One on one time with yourself (bring your own solo activity material)
​Journal, meditate, read, knit, make art, or simply *be*. Have some “me time” in community.

​15 minute break

​60 minutes - Community Through Curiosity or Play a Game (bring a game you enjoy if you have one)
​It’s time to connect! This time is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed, open space via conversation or with games! Let’s co-create and vibe.

​Closing & Gratitude - Wrap up with a quick reflection and gratitude.

​Digital detoxes are proven to improve focus, in person bonds, and reduce stress.

​We’ll kick things off with a **prep circle the day before**, set intentions, and ease into stillness. Then, spend the next **24 hours screen-free**, embracing analog life. We’ll **reconvene the next day** to share insights, reflections, and anything that came up during your tech-free time.
​This day invites you to reclaim your time, creativity, and stillness. Leave the noise. Come back to you and let's have some fun, offline!

Set intentions, explore what you hope to gain, and prepare yourself for your day of being screen free.
​**📵 24‑Hour Detox (Night + Day)**
Surrender devices, embrace analog life—journal, walk, knit, read, create. Take breaks, immerse in stillness, and enjoy your environment! Take notes along the way.
​**🌅 Day After (Integration Gathering)**
Reunite to reflect: what surfaced? What shifted? Share moments of insight and gratitude, grounding your experience.
