Join fellow lawyers for an evening of restoration, connection, and fresh air as we gather at East County Park for a special sunset meditation and yoga breathing practice.
This 90-minute session includes:

* 10 minutes of guided meditation
* 5 minutes of Svaroopa®-style yoga breathing
* Group introductions & connection
* Open Q&A on yoga, meditation, and lawyer well-being

No yoga experience is needed. This is a laywers only beginner-friendly, yoga curious event, but you do not have to be new to yoga to come, just bring yourself, a yoga mat, blanket, or camp chair to sit on, comfortable clothes, a journal and be ready to dive inwards (probably for the first time in a while).
