Roadmaps - friend or enemy?

Are roadmaps your frienemy? For this session we will gather a panel of people together to debate the pros and cons of the old roadmap. Then we will run an activity with you where you get to design a roadmap with your fellow PM's. During the activity you will get a chance to talk with your peers about the pros and cons of the tools you use today, your pitfalls when sharing your roadmap and the advantages it brings to your organisation.
