Dan Conway, Product Manager at Aflac, is going to going to give us an inside track on migrating from 1 technology to another to make easier for sales agents. He will talk about avoiding the 'feature parity trap' but also the challenge of iterating quickly to give different user groups what they really need.

Andrea Clarke & Sarah Lawrence, Product Managers at Allstate, are going to walk us through their journey from XP labs to a Product peer certification programme which is building expertise & increasing consistency more widely across the organization.
