ProductTank Zagreb is back and this time we're taking a closer look at how building products differs in startups compared to large companies. While the end goal is often the same — creating something valuable for users — the path to get there can look very different depending on where you work.

Dr. Viktoria Korzhova, VP of Product at Product People, has a PhD in Neuroscience and has 8+ years of Product & Project Management experience. She has worked with both B2B and B2C products in different industries, including fintech, mobility, e-commerce, digital health/ wellness, travel, edtech, real estate, etc. She has experience leading multiple cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives and growing Product Managers to become Product Leaders.
