We spend most of our time improving how we build products — better processes, faster delivery, tighter feedback loops. But what if the real problem isn't execution? What if we're solving the wrong problem entirely?

In a world where we’re constantly pushed to ship faster, the most impactful decisions often come from pausing to understand what kind of problem we’re actually solving. Are we in familiar territory or navigating uncertainty? Can we follow the playbook, or should we start shaping a new path?

This hands-on workshop led by Catalina Vescan, Transformation & Customer Experience Expert, introduces three powerful ways of thinking that help you see problems from different angles, notice what kind of challenge you are facing, and choose your next step — moving beyond linear thinking toward more adaptive responses.

What to expect:
A mix of short theory sessions to set the foundation, followed by group and individual exercises where you'll apply the frameworks to real work situations, and open discussions to learn from each other's experiences.
