Join us for a BOARD GAME DAY this Sat at Little Coffee Bean Company

A couple of other meetup groups are getting together at “The Little Coffee Bean Co” in Antioch to have a board game afternoon – playing various board games. So there are already 2 groups who have set this event up & they asked me to post this in my group as well. “The Little Coffee Bean” is a really cute coffee and food shop in Antioch that keeps a variety of board games for people to play in their shop. It’s a really cute place with unusual décor. They also sell coffees, teas, pastries & some lunch items. So if you’re hungry, you’ll find something to eat.

I know a few of the people joining us will be bringing their own games & a couple of those people are what I’d call “game nuts”. By that I mean they LOVE to play board games (or card games) & know quite a few I had never heard of before. This is to be a very relaxed event to play games in a non-competitive way & to be social. And the “game nuts” can teach you & me how to play some of the games. Nothing is to be taken too seriously here; this is just a social event with board games (and maybe card games). And never to worry, we will always introduce anyone who is new to our events.

So come join us for a board game afternoon! As is always the case, I have a lot of members who’ve never attended an event yet. We want to meet you! And there is some food at “The Little Coffee Bean” in case you get hungry.
