What we’re about
Started in 2012 as 5 mates trying to help each others projects succeed, Property Developer Network (PDN) is now the largest national networking group for up and coming Property Developers running monthly networking events in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide to assist you on your Property Development journey.

We have built quite a reputation in helping to kick start peoples Property Development careers, or lift the trajectory for those already on their way. Having seen a number of our members leave their day jobs to transition to full time Property Development, and a hell of a lot more that are well on their way. Having said that, the group is not just for beginners, we have a number of long time developers in the group at the bigger end of town also with everyone able to gain from the collective experience of the group.
Our meetings typically consist 3 distinct sections, an Industry Expert, a Real Deal & finally a Masterminding process.
Our Industry Experts are people that you will need in your property development team, with them giving guidance and advise on the relevant topic of the month. In the past we have had Town Planners, Civil Engineers, Property Lawyers, Accountants, Architects, University Lecturers, Project Managers, Experienced Developers, Property Managers, Financial Planners, Valuers, Council, Surveyors, Commercial Lenders & more. These experts love helping those with a thirst for knowledge and an attitude to succeed and we have been blessed with the quality of these speakers who keep lining up wanting to present at our group.
The Real Deals allow you to learn from projects that others have done within our group. Learn from their experience, successes and mistakes before you do it yourself. You get to see warts and all what went right, what went wrong and the profit that was able to be achieved out to the deal. There is nothing better than seeing the real thing to know that you can do the same for yourself.
We finish with a Mastermind process, with each person able to seek assistance from the collective knowledge of the group in how to overcome any current obstacles. Sometimes your problem might be as simple as not knowing where to start, or how to learn the development process, whilst other times it might be as complex as a specific problem that you are having withing your current deal. Either way, the group is here to help, with all of us moving forward as a result.
OH - And we always kick on socially after the event for a few beverages so please make sure you have plenty of time to hang around and mingle with your peers.
Welcome aboard, and I hope you enjoy the ride.

In-Person: 1:30pm (Adelaide time) to 'Mingle With The Expert'
Virtual: 2pm (Adelaide time)INTRODUCING THE INDUSTRY EXPERT:
NDIS Developments Made Easy (William Fryer - New Dawn Housing)Are you interested in entering the expanding National Disability Insurance Scheme's Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) market?
Most investors think they understand the SDA market until they are knee deep in a build that’s beautifully finished but totally unfit for purpose with the wrong design and location. New made to measure homes that are sitting vacant with no funding while cash flow bleeds you dry.
These sophisticated housing projects heavily benefit from consulting with an experienced SDA provider who can guide you in the right direction, it is a hard and expensive lesson that far too many learn after the fact.
The problem is that too many developers treat SDA compliance like a checkbox at the end, instead of a core strategy from day one, that is when things go sideways.
But what if there was a way to get it right from the start?
At our next Property Developer Network Meetup, William Fryer, the Co-Founder & Managing Director of New Dawn Housing, an NDIS SDA Provider, will guide you through:
- What is Specialist Disability Accommodation?
- Market Leading SDA Design
- Build Cost
- The Importance of Location
- Return On Investment
- How to Avoid Costly Mistakes
- Next StepsIf you’re serious about stepping into the SDA space, this is a session you can’t afford to miss.
Come along to the meetup to hear from William, who's walked the path and helped others develop successful SDA projects.
INTRODUCING THE REAL DEAL:
Knock Down Re Build (Robyn Williams)703sqm, Glenelg North, Holdfast Bay Council, South Australia
Struggling with slow builders, blown-out timelines, and no solid comparable to back your end values? You’re not alone and it can be a costly exercise.
You line up your project, tick all the boxes, and then BAM your builder’s dragging their feet, prices are creeping up, and suddenly you’re left trying to justify your numbers to valuers who "can’t find a comparable sale."
Sound familiar? It’s the kind of stuff that can stall your project and sink your profits before the slabs even poured. That’s exactly why we’ve brought in Robyn Williams as our Real Deal speaker at this month’s Property Developer Network Meetup. Robyn has been in the trenches, navigating all of this and winning. Come along to hear:
- How she used very little of her own cash to complete the deal
- How she dealt with builder delays
- How she dealt with price variations
-How she dealt with a market with little to no sales data- How she shifted strategies
And instead of folding, she found strategies to push through and make a great profit.
This is an event you don’t want to miss. In this session Robyn’s pulling back the curtain on what it really takes to keep a project on track when the usual rules don’t apply. Restructured the deal to focus on delivering one high-end luxury home instead of what she originally planned completely turned around for her project.
Push your journey forward and come in-person to network with like-minded Developers!
See you all soon!
