TUESDAY Games at Shake Shack in Providence RI

We are scheduling this event at Shake Shack at 249 Thayer Street in Providence. This event is being scheduled on Tuesday this week, since Wednesday is New Year's Eve. Since the Meeting Street Cafe, our usual venue, will be closing at 4pm, we're switching to our backup.

If planning to attend this event, please check the event page beforehand to see if the location has changed (although it is unlikely that Shake Shack will cause us to change our plans).

All are welcome, and any skill level is encouraged to join and learn new games. The group has no “game library” – the host brings several strategy games of varying complexity and length. Attendees are encouraged to bring games they would be willing to teach. If you have a game you own and want to play, please bring it!

Please RSVP (required)! While we don't set a cap, an accurate headcount makes it much easier to save tables and to choose which games to bring. Also, if you have signed up for an event an subsequently find that you are unable to make it, please change your status to "Not Going" and/or post a message to the event page, so we'll know you won't be there and can plan accordingly.

If this is your first time joining us, we strongly encourage you to arrive on time so we can help you find a game table you'll enjoy. Late arrivals usually end up waiting for a game to end, which can take a bit of time.
