Hi Adelaide Pythonistas,

I am excited to announce the July 2025 meeting.

Tom (Duong) will talk about MCP: Python SDK and will present a practical application in Text-to-SQL Tasks

- MCP is a protocol established by Anthropic and the broader software community.
- One of the applications of MCP is to connect LLMs with data resources.
- In this presentation, Tom will explain how the Python SDK was developed based on the MCP concept.

Also Tom will demonstrate how MCP is applied in a text-to-SQL application.
