Jurassic Park – 30 Year Anniversary

MEETING AT: THE HAYDEN ORPHEUM, 5:30PM (bar on level 2)

ENTIRE EVENT DURATION: 4.5 HOURS

JUST THE FILM: 2.5 HOURS

Despite coming out 30 years ago, the original Jurassic Park remains the best one (flame war in comments). Come and relive the long lost arts of practical effects, shirtless Jeff Goldblum, loud children not getting eaten, and Dodgson, Dodgson, we got Dodgson here!! Bonus points if you can spot the point in the climax where a raptor disappears for a single frame.

SCHEDULE

• 5:30pm – LGBTIQ+ Movie Goers meeting at The Hayden Orpheum bar on level 2 for drinks, snacks, and mingling before session starts (limited hot food and alcohol available at the bar, can grab pub-dinner afterwards)
• 6pm – seating starts, please arrive at cinema by 6pm latest to be seated with the movie group
• 8:30pm – finish movie, walk half a block to The Dubliner (Irish Pub) for drinks, food and mingling
