This 4-week introductory course is for those wishing to enrich their human experience through the powerful tools of mindfulness. By blending ancient wisdom with contemporary insights, we will explore age-old, scientifically validated methods. With relevant talks drawing from diverse sources, we will explore the practice of mindfulness to find stillness and peace. You will leave each class with tools and resources to start a mindfulness meditation practice of your own!

This 4-week introductory course contains:

-Tools on mindfulness of the breath, body, and emotions
-How to integrate a mindfulness practice into your daily life
