All Levels Yoga Class in Fred Fletcher Park w/ Nova YTT Graduates (rotating)

Join us for a refreshing yoga experience in downtown Raleigh's Fred Fletcher Park! This 60 min flow class is guided by one of our recent graduates of Nova's Yoga Teacher Training.

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the park as you flow through rejuvenating yoga poses designed to improve flexibility and strength.
The class operates on a pay-what-you-can basis, ensuring inclusivity for everyone in the community.

Suggested $10-20 per class or pay it forward with $30

There is plenty of parking, but no bathrooms.
Please come prepared. Bring a mat and water.
