**Gabriel Lovato** is a Staff Product Designer at Miro. Based in Berlin, he leads design for Miro's Security, Administration and Access Control substream. He has over a decade of experience in diverse domains such as e-commerce (Zalando), fintech (Klarna) and HR Tech (Small Improvements). He was also a co-founder at Dado, an HR Tech startup. He's an advocate for collaboration and believes in fostering open feedback cultures to drive innovation.

**Neil Harmon** is a Staff UX Researcher at Miro, where he's been focused on unlocking collaboration through admin experience. With experience doing research for brands like Salesforce and Google, he brings a strategic approach to identifying patterns and telling clear, compelling stories. Outside of research, Neil is an espresso martini connoisseur, disco enthusiast, and design lover with a soft spot for interior design (coming out of a reno project as we speak). Fun fact: he was named after Neil Patrick Harris.
