Join us for a morning of inspiration and empowerment!

It’s an unfortunate truth that women leading with empathy, passion and emotion are sometimes perceived as weak, especially in a field like Technology. Let’s shift the narrative and highlight that women can be empathetic, passionate, and emotional while remaining just as strong as leaders.

During this hybrid presentation, Delivery Manager, Olga Golyk and Senior Delivery Lead, Charlie Krowitz will explore what it means to be an authentic leader, techniques for building confidence, and strategies for embracing vulnerability in your team. The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion made up of technology leaders across REA. Topics will include career stories, what it’s like to be a woman in tech, differing leadership styles, and more.

About the speakers
Olga joined REA eight years ago as a Delivery Lead and now is leading five teams in Consumer Product as a Delivery Manager. She is passionate about coaching and especially growing confident women leaders, which is underpinned by emotional growth and self-awareness.

After a career in Talent Acquisition, Charlie followed what she felt passionate about and transitioned into software delivery. Now a Senior Delivery Lead across the Privacy teams in Consumer Product, Charlie is driven by enabling the growth of the people around her and seeing teams flourish and achieve their goals.
