Join us for a relaxed, no-pressure first gathering of the group!
The first meeting will be on Zoom due to everyone’s distance. We can meet twice a month. Perhaps there can also be an in person meetup also.
This will be an informal meet-and-greet where we’ll introduce ourselves, talk about why we joined, and share what we hope to get out of the group. I’ll also share the first book selection and a few questions to get us thinking before the reading begins.
You don’t need to read anything in advance — just bring yourself, maybe a notebook or journal, and your curiosity. This is a safe, private space to connect with others who care about improving their mental health and building genuine community through books and conversation.
We’ll discuss:
- The purpose of the group
- How the meetings will be structured
- Our first official book and meeting date
- Ideas for future reads
- And a little about ourselves (if you feel comfortable)
