Lake Junaluska walk 2.3 miles and maybe short downtown Waynesville walk

Meet 10 AM Wednesday May 27th 2026 at Lake Junaluska Gifts and Grounds 710 N Lake Shore Dr 28745 near Rose Walk area. Look for us at the umbrella tables. If there is a conference you may have to park in the out lying lots. Walk paved path 2.3 miles around the lake . Bring picnic lunch to leave in your car. Bring chair and we will picnic on the edge of the lake. This is slow paced walk. Last time we stopped and discussed a lot of the plants we saw along the way.
