A “Treasured Tree Walk” is scheduled for Wednesday November 12, 2025 at 3:30 pm.
This is non-hosted - it is posted on RFAR just for information in case folks want to attend. Use the link at the bottom to check on status in case of rain.

Starting from the Nature Center.

The walk will be led by Nancy Midgette of the Presbyterian Heritage Center and Jason Nanz, the MRA Ranger. It will feature a mix of Montreat history and nature including many of the Montreat Treasured Trees. The walk is approximately two miles and relatively flat.
It is sponsored by the Montreat Tree Board, the Presbyterian Heritage Center, and the MRA Nature Center.
