What we’re about
Welcome to Reconnection!
I am Myriam and I have been teaching meditative practices since 2016 in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Zurich. I offer Reconnection Circles and Nature Retreats supporting participants to come back to calm and balance. My expertise are:
- Yoga Nidra Meditation - effortless deep rest meditation to release stress and tension accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls to dissolve blockages and support the body’s natural healing
- Heart based Meditation - opening the heart and activating the flow of heart energy, helping to foster positive emotions, improving our relationships with ourselves and others and strengthening our immune system
- Tea Meditation - a beautiful serene way to connect to ourselves and others in silent ceremony supported with the healing qualities of tea
- Nourishing gentle meditative yoga and breathing practices to activate a healthy flow of energy, regulating body and mind
- Nature connection meditative practices to connect to the elements and bring us back to our natural expansive state of awareness as we are in nature
- Nature retreats: I offer day retreats in Sihlwald, longer retreats in Davos in Autumn and Spring and a New Year’s retreat in Hong Kong.
Regular circles are held in Thalwil at Zurich Dynamic Yoga Academy and at Elevate in Zurich.
Sessions are open and accessible to everyone and require no prior experience of physical ability.
We have special circles for Mother and babies and for people living with a cancer diagnosis.

Let the Earth hold you. Let rest restore you. Let connection guide you.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to this day retreat to guide you back to your deep intuitive knowing through Nature based healing arts for health, wellbeing and empowerment. Reconnect and embrace the whole of you, beyond the expectations and exploitations of our capitalist culture. Our day will include:Nourishing Yoga
Powerful and transformative yoga practices to connect back to our source of vitality, blood wisdom and intuition.Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is the antidote to the stress of life in today’s world. It is a zero effort practice of surrendering to all that is. Generally practiced lying down, yoga nidra brings you to a state of deep relaxation, allowing body and mind to restore. Yoga Nidra helps to disengage from thoughts and emotions and release anxiety and anger. It can also improve sleep, release tension and reverse symptoms of trauma and exhaustion.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is a gentle and powerful way to reach places in the body that are otherwise impossible to get to. Tibetan singing bowls bring immediate relaxation to body and mind, helping to disengage from thoughts and come into the present moment. Sound healing can help release tension and reduce the hold of stress, pain, fatigue, fear and other difficult emotions. Singing bowl vibrations help to bring us to an optimal state for self- healing.
Nature Connection Practices
We are hard wired to be in Nature, yet most of us spend our days indoors, on screens, in stressful environments. This disconnection from the non human world disconnects us from ourselves and each other creating deregulation and disease. Being in nature helps us re-balance, and come back to our natural state of peace and wellness. When we practice outdoors the effect is multiplied.www.reconnectionspace.com
