Close out your week with deep rest and restoration. Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner stillness. It’s especially supportive for those navigating stress, trauma, or recovery, offering a simple yet powerful way to unwind and reconnect with yourself.
No movement experience is required—just lie back, get comfortable, and let the practice do the work. We provide mats and props, and you’re encouraged to bring a blanket or anything else you need to be completely comfortable during the practice.
All of our classes and events are held in a supportive, recovery-friendly environment, designed to welcome individuals who are curious about sobriety, newly sober, or longtime members of the recovery community, along with the professionals who walk alongside them.
