Here through the practices of Breathwork (Pranayama) and mindfulness you are guided to connect to your own inner guide. This group is for anyone curious of learning and nurturing a Yoga practice all your own, and building Community through Yoga.

We are so excited to connect and bring you this powerful workshop that invites curiosity in exploring the powerful interconnection of the subtle (emotions), mind and body, which make up the Soma. From this stance we explore how the body holds our emotional memory and how often pain transpires from this space.
Gail our local Somatic expert will lead you through an embodied Somatic practice showcasing different techniques to invite ease back into your body. We will close with an active imagination guided meditation practice that invites inner dialogue with pain in the Soma.
At the conclusion of our 90-minute collective time together, there will be an additional 30 minutes to share, connect, and integrate with our embodied community if you choose to do so. Here relationships are forged to shared vulnerability, deep listening and quiet space holding.
This experience is offered on a sliding scale to ensure accessibility. Please choose the ticket option that best aligns with you. Options range from $35, $40, and $45 per person.
