Reiki Play Day
• Saturday 18 October 2025, 9am – 2pm
• Location: Palmerston (details upon booking)

For anyone who has completed a minimum Reiki 1 course.

Reiki Play Day, to help with centering, balancing and developing your practice. Aimed at embracing a deeper layer to Reiki. Focusing on the 5 elements of the system of Reiki from a traditional Japanese practice.

Opening the opportunity for others to join in Reiki practice days and will be holding more throughout the year.

Reiki Play Day, includes:
• Reiki practice - combination of – precepts, meditations and exercises
• Focusing on centring, balancing and the 5 elements of the system of Reiki
• Hands-on-healing
• Reiju

Reiki Play Day is a great way to practice skills, opportunity for healing, gain more knowledge, raise questions and discuss experiences.
