The three elements of reiki, salt, and sound provide a unique spiritual experience. Join reiki masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the salt cave for a deep restorative sound healing session.

Reiki
Each participant will receive a short, hands on reiki boost from Deborah, designed to help balance and clear the energy system.

Salt
45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress.

Sound
Katie will be sending distance reiki while offering a soothing sound bath throughout the full session.

Please note that white or light colored socks must be worn in the salt cave.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up, and bring a blanket and water. Space is limited to 10, and a reservation is required.
