Are you Reiki 1 attuned and looking to enhance your ability to channel your energy for self healing?
Working with sound amplifies energy as well as helps in opening you up to new levels (and layers) of awareness. Explore the different ways working with sound can amplify your energy and how to apply it to your personal practice.
Taking elements of mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, and consciousness, this class is designed to expand your knowledge base and ability to give and receive healing for yourself.
Develop your Reiki skills alongside a sound practice that will deepen your connection to yourself and Spirit. No instruments or experience with sound healing required. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own instruments to learn on.
***Please note that this is NOT Reiki 1 training. You must already be attuned (Reiki level 1 or above) as no attunements will be provided during class. Thank you for understanding.
