Join us for a Croning Ceremony, an ancient tradition remade for modern times. This ritual is available to women over the age of 50 who have completed menopause. This powerful rite of passage ritual is curated to initiate and honor your transition into elder-hood. Across many cultures, this is a time of celebration, marking the moment a woman steps into her role as a wisdom keeper.

This will be an intimate gathering limited to six participants and one female support person for each, who will bear witness and help provide a personal touch for the celebration. During the ceremony, you will be crowned, seen, and empowered. This symbolic offering is intended to support you in reclaiming this potent stage of life, marking a shift from fertility toward inner knowing and unabashed authenticity.

If you are interested in participating, please provide me with the name, phone number, and email of your support person. Your support person can be any near and dear female that you'd like to share this experience with. No former experience in Witchcraft is necessary.

About Your Host: Ida is an American-born Nordic Folk Magic & Shamanic Practitioner. She is a well-seasoned Witch whose magic is rooted in nature based connection, somatic embodiment, animism, ancestor veneration, Nordic paganism, and Scandinavian folk traditions. What to Bring: A water bottle, anything you need to feel comfortable seated on the floor ie; backjack ( I have several floor cushions if you don't have one)

What to Wear: Crones, please wear whatever helps you to feel empowered and fully embodied as your elder-self. You can be as simple or elaborate as you like. Do keep your head free of too much adornment, as you will be crowned at the ceremony.

Cost: $150
This includes a semi-private ritual with personal touches for each Crone, admission of their female support person, a magically crafted crown to keep, and light refreshments.

Terms of Service:
To maintain consistent, high-quality care for my clients, I ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness. Please send an email to ida@cavesidewellness.com to inquire about the possibility of a refund under the previously stated exceptions. This policy is subject to change.

To secure your booking, you'll be asked to pay a 50% deposit. The remaining amount will be collecting on the day of the event. You also have the option to pay 100% of the session fee at the time of booking if you so desire.
