Gift yourself with a relaxation practice that allows your body-mind-soul to fully rest.
Yoga Nidra is a conscious, deep relaxation between the state of sleeping and being awake. While your body fully rests during the guided practice, you also clear and relax your mind. This brings you to a physical and mental state of being that greatly helps calm and healthy rest and eventually healing.

Join us on our half-day nature outing in the beautiful Chaltbrunnental, just 20 minutes away from Basel. Give yourself the joy of being outdoors, slowing down, taking some deep breaths, letting go of achievements. Just simply be and feel good.
Ca. 3.5 hours in nature with diverse slow activities, such as forest bathing, embodiment movement, journaling that support you and make you contemplate at the same time. Make sure you do not miss this re-charging day you have probably been craving for so long. This is a small group experience, spaces are limited. Your contribution to your health on this day is CHF 90 per person.
