Reno Biggest Little Foodie Group

The goal of the group is to support local restaurants, make new friends, and challenge members to try different cuisines. Meetup charges me $250 a year to host this group. This why there is a membership fee. The group is open to everyone interested in making new friends and checking out new restaurants in the Reno-Sparks area. The Group event size will not exceed seven members. The main activity at the dining events is fun conversations and getting to know new people. My promise to the group is there will never be a no-host event.
Simple rules to follow:
1.      Every member is responsible for paying for their meal
2.      Three no-shows or same-day cancelations within six months will result in membership cancelation.
3.      Contacting members before meeting them in person is prohibited and will be cause for removal from the group.
4.      All members are expected to be respectful of others, and verbal confrontations will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the group.
5.      Unwanted business solicitation to members will be grounds for removal from the group.
6.      Always bring cash in small denominations because most restaurants will not split tickets
7.      All members are expected to be responsible when drinking and not drive from an event if impaired.
8.      There is a 30-day trial before payment of yearly dues
9.      Membership dues are $10 a year and are not refundable.
