Chickadee Ridge Snowshoe Hike

This hike is rated as moderate and is around 3+ miles long with 400 elevation gain. We will meet in the Tahoe Meadows at the Chickadee Ridge Trailhead.

For those of you who might be interested in car pooling up to the meadows, we'll meet at 9:30 between the Starbucks and gas station in the Raley's shopping center on the Mt Rose Hwy (Cross street is Wedge Parkway). If you are not interested in carpooling, show up at the Starbucks and we can caravan up the hill.

Bring water and something to snack on and don't forget BIRD SEED.

Dogs need to be on a leash and picked up after. If the dog can demonstrate that it is under total voice control of the owner, then the leash can be removed at the discretion of the trip Organizer.
