• Start at Cortado Coffee
• Run along the Marina towards Blackrock Castle
• Turn around at Blackrock Castle
• Return the same way back to Cortado Coffee
• Flat, scenic waterfront route

• No-drop run (we regroup if needed)
• Suitable for all levels
• Distance depends on pace (approximately 5 km round trip)
