● Clarifying concepts and shared understanding
● Healthy debate and interpretation

0:40 – 1:10 | Real-World Application Discussion (≈ 50%)
Focus:
● How the ideas show up in aerospace and defense environments
● Application to engineering teams, programs, systems, and constraints
● What works, what breaks, and why

1:10 – 1:15 | Wrap-Up & Commitments
● Capture 2–3 key takeaways
● Assign next reading (next 2-3 chapters)
● Optional: ask participants to identify one idea to test before the next meeting

This time is intentionally unstructured and optional.
Activities may include:
