What we’re about
Richmond City Cinema Club is all about cultivating a community of movie lovers. Our club is meant to be a fun and inclusive safe space, an easy social experience. Life is messy, but movies are cool. There's no pressure if you can't make it or don't feel like engaging once you're there... we're just happy to have you! And if you're looking to make real friends, we got you there too.
Events are movie showtimes at the Byrd or Movieland (and maybe the occasional Regal trip for an IMAX film or limited engagement). All movies are fair game, from independents to blockbusters, from new releases to classic films.
Sit with the group or wherever you'd like. Once the credits roll, we’ll meet up to chat about the movie and get to know your fellow moviegoers.

It's the end of the world! This September, Nowhere Cinema presents their FREE post-apocalyptic series. Their second feature is Marc Caro and Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Delicatessen.
"In a post-apocalyptic world, the residents of an apartment above the butcher shop receive an occasional delicacy of meat, something that is in low supply. A young man new in town falls in love with the butcher’s daughter, which causes conflicts in her family, who need the young man for other business-related purposes."

If this is your first movie with us, welcome! Studio Two Three has a large parking lot directly across the street - super easy parking! On the first floor, there are bathrooms and an elevator. Movie is on second floor. This screening is subtitled!
