Wednesday Group Run + “12 Days of Christmas” Core! Henderson Women’s Run Club

“Ready to run” by 6:30pm. Come a few minutes early to hear the route and warm up.

This week we have a specialty, holiday lights tour group run! We’ll head towards a decorated neighborhood and enjoy the Christmas lights. After our run, we’ll have a fun and challenging “12 Days of Christmas” core workout back at the park! Should be a fun evening with great weather.

Up to 60 mins time on feet- run, run/walk, walk. Post run core workout will follow our run! Bring a mat, towel, or blanket.

All experience levels, walking to running, welcome and encouraged to come. We provide a fun, safe place for women to come and better their run game in a judgement free zone ☺️
