Wednesday *Holiday Lights* Group Run + Core! Henderson Women’s Run Club

This Wednesday we’ll meet at Sunridge Park (Sunridge Pkwy & Sandy Ridge). We’ll gather in the parking lot near the tennis courts. Ready to run” by 6:30pm. Come a few minutes early to hear the route and warm up.

We have a fun specialty run this week! Wear your ugly Christmas sweater. We’ll run over to see some holiday lights and then meet back at the park for our core workout.

Bring water, and a mat/towel/or blanket for post run core!

All experience levels, walking to running, welcome and encouraged to come. We provide a fun, safe place for women to come and better their run game in a judgement free zone ☺️
