Fun Backpacks for Outback Kids night

A FUN community night with no-Strings attached!

Rotary Club of Adelaide Central is joining forces with RC Regency Park to pack 60 backpacks for disadvantaged kids in the South Australian Outback. 30 of the packs will go to Oodnadatta School and another 30 to a Bush Pastor who reaches kids in remote areas.

Packing the packs won't be hard, and won't take a long time, so there will be other FUN on the night and social networking!

We'll serve hearty SOUPS with Crusty bread for a small donation (a cheap night out)

If you happen to have any great stuff you could bring along to add to the backpacks, it will be very welcome ... but NOT essential. Things like school supplies; toiletry items; small toys (eg tennis balls); things that kids from Age 5 to 16 would appreciate to bring a bit of joy to their lives. Many of them are so isolated and their families struggle.

ALL welcome. For more info, call President Angela on 0433 441 848 or reach out through info@RegencyParkRotary.org.au - tell Angela " Bill sent you ;-) "

BTW - we will be at the City of Charles Sturt's Ridley Grove Community Garden - inside the church hall there (not outdoors)
