hi all,

i am organizing a crying therapy session. I think crying is normal nevertheless the gender, or whatever. i see it as a biological response. In order to be able to attend the event you don't have to force yourself into crying, but u can talk about your emotions and struggles and share it it with us while taking a sip of tea. I would like to normalize crying, but it is not a must. it's ok to share with others what u re going through, and be sad. We are all made of energies let's exchange them in safety. If you are suffering feel welcome.
