Join our Mindfulness Meditation Group for a tranquil evening diving into the wisdom of the Tao Te Ching. This book is non-religious, you can join in no matter your religious denomination.

Taoism is a great entry point into Eastern spiritual practice. If you ever wanted to get into meditation or just better your overall presence and headspace, I highly recommend joining our group and seeing what you can take from it into your everyday life.
