1 Hour Ruck for fitness

Join us for our first group ruck along the Gerry Connolly Cross Country Trail, starting at Eakin Park! We’ll meet up for a one-hour weighted ruck — a steady-paced walk carrying a backpack with some added weight (10–30 lbs recommended). It’s a great way to build endurance, strength, and community. All fitness levels welcome. I’ll give a quick overview of rucking form, gear setup, and how to avoid injury before we start.
Bring water, comfortable shoes, and a good attitude. We’ll ruck for about an hour, then grab a gatorade or a water to cool down and connect.
