Rumble

Rumble is a 1 hour active, social made up of short team games with the aim to make everyone work in teams; get a sweat on and ultimately have a fun time outdoors!

This session is open to everyone regardless of their sporting ability, and you can come on your own or bring some friends too! All you need to bring is suitable active footwear, and something you won't mind getting sweaty in.

Each game will be explained before being played, so there's no need to know any of the games prior to coming, however, you might recognise a few from when you were a kid at the playground / gym class. (FYI. None of the games incorporate heavy contact).

Finally, stay along for the social part at the end, where you can get to know your team mates / rivals more!!
