What we’re about

Miles & Mocha is a small women’s running group based in Port Coquitlam. We love fitness and we also love mochas ... We meet once a week to run together at a relaxed, conversational pace, then cool down over coffee and good conversation. Think of it as a mix of movement and connection: part fitness, part friendship, part weekend ritual.

This group is for women in their 30’s and 40’s who want to start the weekend with fresh air, steady miles, and the company of like-minded women. It is not about racing or mileage records. It is about consistency, community, and enjoying the balance of an active lifestyle with meaningful conversation.

After our run, we head to a local café to share a mocha (or your drink of choice) and chat about life. To keep it personal and welcoming, each run is capped at four women. The vibe is friendly, supportive, and drama free.
